For the second year in a row, Solomia Bogusz has been recognised by Britain’s most meaningful design and hospitality awards ceremony, The Brit List Awards 2022. Her design work was awarded with an ‘Interior Design Rising Star’ Highly Commeded and Finalist awards in the 2022 event.

Solomia Bogusz has been recently recognised for her design work as an ‘Interior Designer of the Year’ Finalist at Britain’s most meaningful design and hospitality awards ceremony, The Brit List Awards 2021.

Regarded and respected globally as the industry’s most widespread campaign to search to find the most influential interior designers, architects, hoteliers and brands operating in Britain.

The shortlist for The Brit List Awards 2021 has been announced. The winners will be unveiled in spectacular style at the awards ceremony, which takes place on November 3 inside London’s famous cabaret venue, PROUD Embankment.

The Royal Commission

Industrial Design Award 2021/2022

Solomia Bogusz is honoured to be recognised by The Royal Commission for the Exhibition of 1851 awarding fellowships and scholarships aimed at advanced study and research in science, engineering, the built environment and design.

The Royal Commission was established by Queen Victoria in 1850 to organise The Great Exhibition, of which Prince Albert became President, with nowadays Princess Anne in her capacity as President of the Royal Commission for the Exhibition of 1851.

The aim of the scheme is to stimulate industrial design capability among the country’s most able graduates. Successful innovations need to be not only fit for purpose, they must also be technically feasible and desirable to their customers and the wider society in which we live.

The Queen Elizabeth Scholarship Trust (QEST)

Excellence in British Craftsmanship Award

QEST is dedicated to supporting excellence in British craftsmanship. We want to sustain vital skills in traditional and contemporary crafts and contribute to excellence in the British craft industry.

QEST was founded by the Royal Warrant Holders Association in 1990 to celebrate the 150th anniversary of the Association and the 90th birthday of HM Queen Elizabeth, The Queen Mother. In 2017 HRH The Prince of Wales became our Patron, with Vice-Patrons the Earl of Snowdon and the Marquess of Salisbury.

Solomia Bogusz has been proudly shortlisted for The Queen Elizabeth Scholarship Trust (QEST) Award for her excellence in Contemporary Art & Design Craftsmanship.

BREEAM AP

(Accredited Professional)

BREEAM is the world’s leading built environment sustainability assessment method. As a green building tool, BREEAM assessments provide solutions in ESG, Net Zero Carbon, Health and Social Impact, Circularity and Resilience and Whole Life Performance.

A BREEAM Accredited Professional (BREEAM AP) has specialist skills in sustainability and environmental design combined with a high level of competence and understanding in BREEAM and its assessment process.

The BREEAM AP is one type of ‘sustainability champion’ defined and recognised in BREEAM. The BREEAM AP uses their expertise to assist clients and project teams by facilitating cross-project consideration and collaboration on solutions to scheme compliance, target setting and performance monitoring.
